Jordanian Gender Studies through Data Analytics, 2023

Followed the CRISP framework in extracting, transforming, and loading data to better understand the employment direction and access to education in Jordan on a gender basis.

The idea of the project was to analyze datasets to extract insights into gender studies within Jordan's education and health sectors.

My intention was to unveil gender-related patterns and implications through data analysis for informed data-driven decisions in Jordanian gender studies.

The pre-production phase was for understanding overall concepts related to business intelligence and data analysis such as warehousing data, dimensional modeling, and clustering. Then it was about researching datasets related to education, health, and gender studies in Jordan. Finally, identifying gender-specific metrics and variables within the datasets and outlining strategies for data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Orange) selection.

Then the production phase was for analyzing datasets focusing on gender-related aspects in education and healthcare. As well as employing Power BI and Orange to uncover gender-centric insights. And initially designing dashboards and data visualizations showcasing gender-oriented findings.

The last phase was the post-production phase, which was for drawing conclusions based on gender-specific insights extracted from the datasets and documenting the results.
